Offshore Commercial Renews Sponsorship Deal for the Guernsey FA Cup

Offshore Commercial, a leading accounting and payroll firm, has announced the extension of its sponsorship agreement with the Guernsey FA Cup. Building on the success of their partnership established in November of last year, Offshore Commercial remains committed to supporting the growth of local football talent and the vibrant sports community of Guernsey.

The Guernsey FA Cup is an annual football competition that has been running since 2004, featuring all the teams in the Guernsey League. The competition will continue to be known as the Offshore Commercial Guernsey FA Cup and will begin in November.

The continued support of Offshore Commercial ensures that the Guernsey FA Cup remains a highlight of the local sporting calendar.

Director of Offshore Commercial, Craig Shorto, commented: ‘We have had a fantastic experience being part of the FA Cup so far - the level of competitiveness, sportsmanship, and camaraderie displayed by the teams has been inspiring. This sponsorship renewal reflects Offshore’s commitment to nurturing local talent and promoting football development in Guernsey. Seeing the enthusiasm surrounding the Cup last season, we are already looking forward to the next!’

Gary Roberts, Chief Executive Officer at the GFA, added: The GFA is delighted to continue its partnership with Offshore Commercial, who will sponsor the FA Cup for the 2023/24 season. The competition remains one of the most prestigious – as shown with the fantastic final last season between Guernsey Rovers and Northerners – whilst also being unique in that it is open to all adult men’s teams in Guernsey football.

We look forward to working with Craig and the team at Offshore Commercial to ensure another memorable competition this season.’
