The Guernsey Football Association is welcoming applications for coaching positions to support our Academy. The post-holder will be allocated an age group to work with from under 7 – under 21. Any applicants with a preference for age group should mark this on their application. 

If you have experience coaching young people and a passion for developing better players, this post will enable you to influence the development of the best players on the island. Not only this, the post will allow you to develop your coaching with support from the GFA.

Although this is a voluntary position, all coaching staff will receive their in-service training free of charge along with their FA IFAiF and FA Safeguarding Children Qualification. In addition, the GFA will assist coaches in identifying suitable coaching courses to attend and will subsidise these courses accordingly when possible.
