We are delighted to welcome the FA’s 5-11 Technical Lead, Pete Sturgess, to introduce the Foundation Phase DNA. Pete will share an in-depth insight into what the Foundation Phase player looks like and how we can provide an environment that helps maximise the potential of our youngest players.

Delivering a mixture of theory and practical, Pete will cover the following:

• Age phase priorities for players aged 5-11
• An insight into how we as coaches can shape attitudes and behaviours for this age group
• Practical examples for working with Foundation phase players
