PETE AUGUSTING FA TUTOR

FA NATIONAL STAFF TO VISIT GUERNSEY

FA National Staff will be visiting Guernsey to provide Coach Development Support from Thursday the 6th of October - Sunday the 9th of October 2022. Mark Leigh, Pete Augustine & Darren Grover will be providing CPD workshops, which are all free to attend, along with matchday observations and support with PE lessons at a number of schools on the island.

The Guernsey FA are extremely appreciative of this support, and very much looking forward to the visit. Football Development Officer Angus Mackay said: "We are incredibly lucky to have this level of support from FA National Staff, it looks like we will have a busy few days which is great because it means we can work with a large number of people. Hopefully the visit will help many coaches, teachers & volunteers reflect on their involvement in football and/or education and possibly begin to review, adapt and evolve their methods. Of course, there will also be an element of reassurance that they are already delivering high quality PE and/or football coaching, but there may be some adaptations required in order to improve what's on offer to the children/players."
