At the start of each season, all clubs and Leagues must affiliate to their local County Football Association.Within Guernsey, this applies to every club, irrespective of whether they play 11-a-side football, or small sided football.
Club Welfare Officer
Clubs must be aware that, as a precondition of affiliation, Clubs with youth teams must have in place a designated Club Welfare Officer. This person must have been nominated on your affiliation form and have completed an FA CRB disclosure check. Please note that CRB disclosures from other organisations cannot be accepted. Failure to have a suitable person in position will result in the club being unable to affiliate with us until such time that this condition has been met.
Please note that the Guernsey County FA also requires all clubs to have a Public Liability Insurance Policy in place and a Personal Accident Policy. This is offered through Bluefin, who also provide Public Liability Insurance under the Scheme.
Information about the National Game Insurance Scheme can be accessed from this website - (Bluefin)
Your Affiliation number will be sent to you once you have successfully submitted you affiliation form in complete and correct order. The affiliation number will be found on the first line of payments under the heading 'Affiliation.'
