Sylvans SC, delivered a coaches training day to continue it's good practice as a Charter Standard Community club.
Club coaches delivered sessions from the FA Youth award Module One course and were supported by coaches from Brighton and Hove Albion who coached many of the coaching groups at the club, along with a GoalKeeping master session from Bedfordshire's FA County Development Manager Kevin England. The FA's grassroots Respect Ambassador Deborah Wyatt gave an update on the Respect programme and Football Development Manager Paul Mooney delivered a session on the new Junior Football leaders course.
